C-Change Conversations: Building a Better Tomorrow at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History

The Connecticut Museum of Culture and History in Hartford will host C-Change Conversations: Building a Better Tomorrow on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, with check-in beginning at 5:00 pm. This free, public presentation—sponsored by the Connecticut Valley Garden Club—will examine the growing challenges of climate change and explore ways communities can take meaningful action to protect the environment.

The evening features Kathleen Biggins, president and founder of C-Change Conversations, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering nonpartisan, science-based dialogue on climate issues. Biggins will present the acclaimed C-Change Primer, developed with input from Climate Central and the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication. Her engaging, evidence-based talk explains how climate change affects individuals, communities, and industries, and highlights ways to work collaboratively toward solutions.

Light refreshments will be served, and a Q&A session will follow the presentation. For more information, contact Jen Busa, Public Programs Coordinator, at jbusa@connecticutmuseum.org.

The event will take place at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History, 1 Elizabeth Street, Hartford, Connecticut.
