Bearly Dead at Infinity Music Hall
Fans of improvisational rock and the music of the Grateful Dead can experience an energetic live performance when Bearly Dead takes the stage at Infinity Music Hall in Norfolk on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Doors open at 7 pm, and the show begins at 8 pm.
Bearly Dead is known for delivering a fresh, high-energy tribute to the Grateful Dead and the extended musical catalog associated with the band’s legendary members. With more than 250 songs in active rotation and new material regularly added, no two performances are alike. The group draws from the Grateful Dead’s beloved classics while also exploring songs performed throughout the careers of Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, and other members of the Dead family, creating a unique setlist for every show.
Unlike many tribute acts, Bearly Dead does not assign members to specific Grateful Dead roles, allowing the musicians to reinterpret familiar songs with their own style and energy. This approach has helped establish the band as one of New England’s premier Grateful Dead tribute acts and earned them a loyal following throughout the region.
Founded in 2015, Bearly Dead became widely recognized through its long-running Wednesday night residency in the Boston area, where its unpredictable performances and improvisational spirit attracted dedicated fans and earned multiple nominations for Boston Music Awards honors.
