Beardsley Gala at The Inn at Longshore

The Beardsley Gala returns on Saturday, October 18, 2025, for an unforgettable evening of wild discovery and celebration at The Inn at Longshore in Westport, Connecticut. This elegant and vibrant fundraiser supports the Beardsley Zoo’s mission to protect critically endangered species and inspire conservation through education.

Guests will enjoy a night filled with fascinating artifact stations, conservation-themed cocktails, up-close animal encounters, and exclusive zoo experiences offered through both silent and live auctions. All of this takes place against the stunning waterfront backdrop of The Inn at Longshore, creating the perfect setting for an extraordinary night out with purpose.

A special VIP Reception begins at 5 pm, offering early access to the festivities, premier parking, an exclusive VIP-only bar, and extra time to mingle and preview the night’s attractions. The main event starts at 6 pm, inviting attendees to immerse themselves in an evening of fun, philanthropy, and connection.

This year’s gala will be hosted by Taylor Kinzler of NBC Connecticut, an Emmy Award–winning anchor and reporter known for her dynamic storytelling and deep community involvement. Her energy and passion will bring an extra spark to the zoo’s biggest night of the year.
