Author Erik Ofgang Book Event

October 26, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Bethel’s Byrd’s Books, noted as a champion of Connecticut authors, histories, and tales, brings author Erik Ofgang to Pour Me Coffee & Wine Cafe in downtown Danbury on Thursday, October 26th at 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The fast-fine eatery, located at 274 Main Street, is the perfect setting in which Erik, with his new book Buzzed: Beers, Booze and Coffee Brews: Where to Enjoy the Best Craft Beverages in New England, will guide craft brew enthusiasts on a journey throughout New England’s favorite beverage haunts.

For the event, Pour Me Coffee & Wine Cafe will feature Ice Cream Man on tap, an American IPA style beer brewed by Back East Brewing Company of Bloomfield, CT. Erik notes, “Ice Cream Man was recently ranked #5 in the country in a blind taste testing of IPAs by Draft Magazine.”

The evening will include beverage samples, light fare, a copy of the book and Erik’s talk. The cost is $40.00 per person, tax and tip included. A cash bar is available. Registration is required online
