Artivity: Sail Into Summer Edition at The Bushnell
An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until July 31, 2026
Young artists can explore their creativity this summer at Artivity: Sail Into Summer Edition, a hands-on arts program at The Bushnell designed for students ages 7–14. Led by experienced teaching artists and creative educators, this engaging program offers a variety of artistic experiences that inspire imagination, self-expression, and skill-building.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore a range of art forms, including puppetry, sewing, visual arts, textiles, drumming, jewelry-making, yoga, music creation, and more. Workshop offerings vary by session, providing unique experiences throughout the summer.
The program is offered in three week-long sessions:
Session One: July 13–17, 2026 | 9:00 am – 12:15 pm
Session Two: July 20–24, 2026 | 9:00 am – 12:15 pm
Session Three: July 27–31, 2026 | 9:00 am – 12:15 pm
Artivity takes place at The Bushnell in Hartford and provides a fun, supportive environment where children can learn from some of Connecticut’s most talented arts educators while developing new creative skills and making lasting memories.
Tuition is $295 per session.
