Art Explorers at New Britain Museum of American Art

The New Britain Museum of American Art invites young artists to discover their creativity in Art Explorers, a hands-on studio program designed for children ages 6 to 8. Held on Saturdays from 10:30 am to 12 pm, beginning October 25, 2025, and running through April 25, 2026, this engaging class encourages participants to experiment with a variety of artistic methods and materials while creating their own works inspired by pieces from the museum’s collection.
Each session provides a fun and supportive environment where students can learn new techniques, explore different art styles, and gain confidence in their creative expression.
The New Britain Museum of American Art is located at 56 Lexington Street, New Britain, Connecticut. Pre-registration is encouraged, as class sizes are limited.
