Art Colony Camp Session #2 at Florence Griswold Museum

Young artists can immerse themselves in creativity and history during Art Colony Camp Session #2 at the Florence Griswold Museum. This five-day camp invites kids to discover the art and legacy of the Lyme Art Colony while creating their own masterpieces in a supportive and inspiring setting.

Geared for students entering grades 1–3 or 4–6, campers will spend the week exploring the Museum’s exhibitions, painting, playing games, and connecting with fellow young artists. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt, all art-making materials, and daily snacks to keep the inspiration flowing.

The week concludes with a special art show featuring the campers’ work for family and friends to enjoy. Designed for ages 5 (who have completed kindergarten) through 12, Art Colony Camp helps kids develop artistic skills, express their creativity, and learn about the rich history of the Lyme Art Colony.
