Art Colony Camp 2025: Session #5 at Florence Griswold Museum

Young artists can spend a week immersed in creativity during Art Colony Camp 2025: Session #5 at the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme. Taking place August 4 through 8, 2025, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm each day, this five-day camp offers students an opportunity to explore the art and history of the Lyme Art Colony while developing their own artistic skills.

Designed for students entering grades 1–3 or 4–6, the camp includes guided visits to the museum’s exhibitions, hands-on painting sessions, games, and more. Campers receive a t-shirt, all necessary art supplies, and daily snacks. The week concludes with a celebratory art show, where campers can showcase their work for family and friends.

The program is open to children ages 5 (who have completed kindergarten) to 12. The Florence Griswold Museum is located at 96 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, Connecticut.
