Art Colony Camp 2025: Session #4 at Florence Griswold Museum

Young artists can immerse themselves in creativity and history during Art Colony Camp 2025: Session #4 at the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme. This five-day camp invites children to explore the rich artistic legacy of the Lyme Art Colony while developing their own skills through hands-on activities.
Running from Monday, July 28 to Friday, August 1, 2025, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm each day, the camp is designed for students entering grades 1–3 or 4–6. Participants will explore current exhibitions, paint, play games, and engage in a variety of art-making projects. Campers will receive a t-shirt, all necessary materials, and daily snacks.
The week concludes with a celebratory art show, showcasing the projects created by campers for family and friends to enjoy. Open to children ages 5 (who have completed kindergarten) through 12, this camp offers a creative and inspiring summer experience rooted in the Museum’s artistic heritage.
