Annual Glastonbury Holiday Fair
December 7, 2019 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
The Annual Glastonbury Holiday Fair will be held at The Glastonbury Boathouse on Saturday, December 7th from 11 am to 2 pm
This is open to the public free of charge.
Event activities are slated to include holiday shopping with local vendors, kids’ crafts and activities, warm beverages, cookie decorating station, and an opportunity to meet, mingle, and snap a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Kol Haverim will also join us again this year for some fun, Hannukah holiday activities!
Please note, this event is free to attend but we encourage you to bring cash to take advantage of the holiday shopping and select activities. (All activity fees will offset town event expenses to make this event available to the community at no charge.)
As part of the shopping element, Glastonbury is inviting local businesses to participate through purchase of an event booth. For a $60 fee, Glastonbury will provide you with a vendor space to display and sell your homemade goods such as wreaths, flowers, gift baskets, packaged food and beverage items (appropriate licensing and permits required), and other seasonal items. Booth fees are designed to offset event expenses and make this event available to the community at no charge to residents. To add variety to this event as compared to last year, businesses do NOT need to be located in Glastonbury but do need to be interested in selling homemade or locally grown/sourced, festive goods.
To accommodate the various components of the event, (10) vendor booths will be available on a first come, first served basis. To be considered for this event, vendors may submit their business name, a description of their for sale goods, and product photos to Kristen Michaels at Kristen.email@example.com by no later than Friday, October 25th.
Please share this event with your friends and we hope to see you there!
