An Evening With Samin Nosrat at Belding Theater
The Bushnell will welcome bestselling author and chef Samin Nosrat for Good Things: An Evening With Samin Nosrat, joined by writer Tamar Adler, on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 7:30 pm in the Maxwell M. and Ruth R. Belding Theater.
Nosrat, known for her award-winning book and Netflix series Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, will share stories from her new book Good Things. The evening will explore the inspiration behind her recipes, the rituals she shares with friends, and the ways cooking can bring creativity, nourishment, and connection. Adler, author of An Everlasting Meal, will join Nosrat on stage, continuing a friendship that began during their early years in the kitchen at Chez Panisse.
Presented in partnership with The Connecticut Forum, this 70-minute program promises an engaging conversation about food, writing, and the bonds we create through shared meals. An ASL interpreter will be present for select seats in rows A and B.
