America 250 Wayback Fare Day – Ride at 2016 Prices at The Shore Line Trolley Museum

Celebrate America 250 with Wayback Fare Day at The Shore Line Trolley Museum on August 9, August 19, and September 5, 2026, from 11 am to 3 pm. On these special dates, visitors can enjoy discounted admission at 2016 prices while exploring one of the nation’s oldest continuously operating suburban street railways.

Wayback Fare Day admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors ages 62 and older, $6 for children ages 2–15, and free for children under 2. Admission includes trolley rides aboard authentic antique cars from cities including New Haven, New Orleans, Brooklyn, and Johnstown, Pennsylvania, as well as access to the museum’s historic car barns and exhibits.

Tickets are available at the Visitor Center on the day of your visit. Boarding is first-come, first-served, with trolleys departing regularly throughout the day. If a trolley reaches capacity, guests may board the next available departure.
