Activities: Petting Farm, Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides & Trackless Train at Lyman Orchards

Spend a fall day meeting friendly farm animals, riding a horse-drawn wagon past the historic Lyman Homestead, or taking a trackless train ride around the pond. The activities are at the Apple Barrel Farm Market on Saturday, October 24, and Sunday, October 25, 2026.

The petting farm is open from 10 am to 4 pm. Admission is $5 per person, including hay for feeding; children ages 2 and under are free. Wagon rides run from 10 am to 3:30 pm and cost $6 for ages 13 and older, $4 for ages 4 to 12, and are free for children ages 3 and under. Wagon ride admission is cash only. The trackless train runs from 10 am to 4 pm and costs $5 per person.
