A Sherlock Carol at Westport Country Playhouse

A Sherlock Carol returns to the Westport Country Playhouse for its third season, bringing together the worlds of Charles Dickens and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in a clever and heartwarming holiday mystery. Written and directed by Mark Shanahan, this imaginative production follows a grown-up Tiny Tim as he turns to Sherlock Holmes to investigate the mysterious death of Ebenezer Scrooge. Blending humor, intrigue, and Christmas spirit, the show has been praised as a New York Times Critic’s Pick and has become an international favorite. Featuring members of the original off-Broadway cast alongside new performers, this two-hour performance (including a 15-minute intermission) is recommended for ages 7 and up.

Performances will run from December 13 through December 21, 2025, with showtimes on December 13 at 7:00 pm; December 14 at 3:00 pm; December 17, 18, and 19 at 7:00 pm; December 20 at 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm; and December 21 at 3:00 pm. Tickets are available at $65, $55, and $35.
