October 12, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The 2nd Annual Niantic Bay Oyster Festival will be held on October 12th from 12 pm to 5 pm in Downtown Niantic.
Fun for the whole family. Let your stomach lead the way as you enjoy local oyster vendors, a variety of food vendors and beer from local breweries. Other festivities include an oyster shucking contest, live music, a kid’s corner, corn hole and the event’s signature Golf Ball Drop! A good time for a great cause! 100% of the festival proceeds will benefit The Miracle League of Southeastern Connecticut
Don’t miss the featured Golf Ball Drop Event! At 5:30 p.m. during the Oyster Festival, up to 5,000 numbered golf balls will be dropped from the Flanders Fire Department Tower Ladder onto the “prize putting green” below with nine flags, each designated with cash prizes! If your numbered golf ball is closest to one of the flags, you will win that prize!
