The Annual Stamford Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo is shaping up to be the best Expo year ever! The Annual Health Wellness & Lifestyle Expo will take place on September 11 and 12, 2021 at the NEW location – Harbor Point Boardwalk area, Stamford CT.
The Harbor Point Boardwalk will be safely filled with 85 exhibitors, FREE Fitness classes, Kids Zone, Pet Zone, healthy food and beverages and more!

There will be an appreciation ceremony, Saturday, September 11 at 11am for our healthcare and frontline heroes from Stamford Health and essential workers from Grade A ShopRite which will culminate with the unveiling of two Appreciation Art Murals created by artists Yedi Fresh and Ian Sullivan.
The public is then invited to sign the Art Murals with messages thanking our healthcare and frontline heroes. Immediately following will be a moving 9/11 Never Forget Dedication Ceremony with City of Stamford leaders and first responders.
