Brownstone Café West Hartford To Open March 20 highlighting Rustic Comfort Food. Brownstone Café West Hartford owners Jen and Vin Keola are excited to bring their rustic, comfort food menu to West Hartford when the restaurant marks its official opening on Thursday, March 20.

Brownstone Café West Hartford is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. The debut menu includes spring pappardelle with chicken or shrimp, braciole stuffed lamb and roasted turkey breast with sautéed baby spinach. Brunch will be served Saturdays and Sundays from 9am – 2pm featuring quiche, poached egg specialties and hearty omelets.
Weekday Happy Hour specials and small plates such as portabella sliders and three way satay are available at the 20-seat bar, where guests can also choose from an assortment of 12 beers on tap, including rotating local options from Two Roads and Broadbrook Brewing companies. Brownstone Café has also partnered with one of the state’s premier wineries, Jonathan Edwards Winery in North Stonington, CT, and will feature the vineyard’s petite syrah, zinfandel and chardonnay. A full bar with specialty cocktails such as French Martini, Raspberry Mojito, or White Chocolate Martini are also available.
The Keolas have owned and operated Pintore Catering for the last six years, which has relocated from its original Hartford location to join Brownstone Café WH at its location. Pintore offers corporate and private catering options. “It’s always been a dream of mine to build on Pintore and open a local restaurant”, said long time local and small business owner Vin Keola. “There aren’t enough options for folks who want something outside of the Center and we were very excited to find our building and work through the SBA process to bring such a unique space alive in West Hartford.”
“We incurred a few bumps in the construction process but with the help of Marc Paradis of Sunnstone Construction and his team, we were able to complete the extensive build out of this new space for everyone to enjoy,” said Jen Keola.
