Kick off the holiday season in New London on November 29, 2024, with a festive Christmas Tree Lighting event at Parade Plaza from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Enjoy the enchanting sounds of Christmas carols performed by the Shoreline Ringers Bell Choir, adding a magical ambiance to this beloved tradition.
Santa will make his grand entrance, arriving down Banks Street in a brilliantly illuminated Jeep, ready for photos at The Golden Owl after the lighting ceremony. This year’s tree features a special collection of ornaments crafted in collaboration with a local artist, revealed for the first time at the event.
