Movies in the Plaza at Pitkin Plaza

Movies in the Plaza is back for another season of free outdoor movie screenings! Enjoy your favorite blockbusters, cult classics, nostalgic hits, and family films right in the heart of downtown New Haven at Pitkin Plaza.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and pillows for a relaxing evening under the stars. Grab some takeout from a nearby restaurant and settle in for a night of entertainment. Bistro tables and chairs are available, but space is limited, so it’s recommended to arrive early.

Movie Schedule:

• Wednesdays at 8:00 pm
• Select Sundays at 4:00 pm (Family-friendly movies)

Please note that some Wednesday night movies may not be suitable for all ages. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the movie content in advance. Summer Sunday screenings are specifically family-friendly, with no pets allowed.

• Free meter parking downtown on Sundays.
• Registration is required upon entry.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited during the event.
