I picked up a box of Breeze Bars in the chocolate cranberry variety. I love to snack but sugary snacks are starting to be my downfall. That sugar wants a hold over me but I’m fighting hard to find other ways to snack. Breeze Bars are just the latest snack in my arsenal against sugary snacks. Breeze Bars are made with lots of natural ingredients. They kind of remind me of those bird seed cakes I put out for the birdies to eat. They are dense and you can see lots of pieces if nuts and berries in them. They are bird food for people!
Breeze Bars are gluten, wheat, and dairy free and they are quite tasty. They won’t fill you up but they are a nice snack in between meals,
You can find Breeze Bars at Sprouts Farmers Markets, King Sooper, Whole Foods and a variety of other stores. See the full list
Each 2 oz. Chocolate Cranberry Breeze Bar contains dry roasted peanuts, crispy brown rice, clover honey, almonds, non-GMO dry roasted soybeans, dried cranberries, flax seeds, and dark cocoa.
