As you may have heard, Primary Food & Drink opened in Greenwich in December of 2013. The Graham Elliot team and Executive Chef/Managing Partner Merlin Verrier have enjoyed getting to know the community through Primary’s nightly dinner service, and they are excited to announce the launch of brunch, Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Chef Merlin has created a brunch menu that builds on the foundation they have established thus far: re-imagined, contemporary American classics.
Three delectable dishes on served up for brunch are: Duck Hash with duck confit, Yukon potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and poached eggs, Sourdough Pancakes with caramelized banana and walnut crumble, and Chicken & Waffles with a gluten-free waffle, honey granules, and dandelion greens. Several cocktails have also been re-imagined to accompany these dishes including the Basil and Kale Bloody Mary and the Migroni with sweet vermouth, Juniper-Rosemary syrup, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and brut prosecco.
