Chef Wirt Cook of Redding Roadhouse is cooking up a traditional Creole menu of gumbo, Po’ Boys sandwiches, Catfish and Etuoffee. There will be a Preservation Hall Jazz Band on Sunday, Feb 23 and March 2 plus the BIG BASH on Tuesday, March 4 with the David Morgan Jazz Trio beginning at 7 PM. It will be a fun two weeks of big jazz, bold flavors and creative cocktails – New Orleans style.
