We took a tour of the property during the Fall so it was much quieter and no one was on the beach. During the warm months the beach is open to the public and the hotel is bustling with visitors and locals. On our tour we stopped at the gym and private spa. Available to all guests, the fitness center is loaded with modern exercise equipment. Strengthen and tone your body using a selection of cardio machines, free weights, and universal weight machine. With the sun shining upon you through the windows surrounding the dedicated yoga studio / exercise room your yoga routine will be enhanced. The Saturday morning yoga class is open to the public.  During good weather, the yoga class is held on their private beach.

Take in one or all of the excellent spa offerings, including: massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. Each luxurious treatment room, featuring hand painted wall paper, exhibits a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. While you are waiting for or after your treatment, unwind further in the relaxation room by sipping a soothing imported tea or flavored waters and munching on a healthy snack.
