Some areas of the Connecticut College Arboretum are available for running, and all trails are suitable for hiking or casual strolling. You will find a variety of wildlife throughout the park. Grab a free tour booklet and then walk the park, stopping at stations to learn about Native Plant Collections.
Connecticut College Arboretum guided tours are free and run from the first Sunday in May to the last Sunday in October, starting at 2 pm. (Except for the third Sunday in May – Commencement day)
Meet at the blue sculpture located near New London Hall on the campus of Connecticut College at 2 pm.
Tours vary from week to week:
First Sunday – Tour of the Campus Landscape
Second Sunday – Tour of the Caroline Black Garden
Remaining Sundays – Tour of the Native Plant Collection

Or take a self-guided tour. Visitors to the Native Plant Collection will find a notice board and a free self-guided tour brochure at the main entrance on Williams Street. Additional information is available at the Arboretum office in 103 Olin Science Center directly north of the main College entrance from Rt. 32.
