The Shoppes at Farmington Valley Full Bloom Women’s Self Care Fair

The Shoppes at Farmington Valley in Canton, Connecticut will transform into a health and wellness oasis for local women with the return of Full Bloom: A Women’s Self Care Fair, taking place on Saturday, May 19 from 11 am to 2 pm at The Shoppes at Farmington Valley
Guests will be treated to a day of fitness, pampering and shopping along with exciting gifts and exclusive discounts. Full Bloom will transform its outdoor community space, Lowell Court, located between American Eagle and Green Tangerine, with complimentary chair massages and mini facials by Massage Envy. New to Full Bloom this year, WIP Fitness and barre3 have teamed up for a special outdoor Bootcamp & Barre class. Taking place from 8:30AM to 10AM in front of WIP Fitness, this hybrid class will kick off the day with a calorie-burning, high-intensity boot camp, followed by a low-impact, workout that mixes yoga & pilates techniques while focusing on muscle toning.
The class is complimentary but does request RSVPs via EventBrite.
Participants will also receive a Shoppes at Farmington Valley water bottle and gift bag.
Adding to Full Bloom, look for a demonstration by indoor cycling studio Cyclebar, which is set to open at The Shoppes at Farmington Valley this Summer, samples and gift bags from various shops like The Vitamin Shoppe, Sephora, and B.GOOD, discounts from stores like Harvey & Lewis, and much more.
