Santa’s Arrival in Fairfield
November 24 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Help us welcome Santa to Fairfield on Saturday, November 24th.
This annual, much anticipated community event on Sherman Green. It is the kick-off to the Holiday Season, and it is also “Small Business Saturday”.
About 3,000 parents and children attend, as kids rush up the Gazebo steps to sit on Santa’s lap and have their picture taken, while whispering their special toy wishes into Santa’s ear. Elves give the children a holiday stuffed animal, along with some yummy cookies. And the horse and buggy rides will be there to take both parents and children around the town, as the children wave to passersby.
And speaking of horses, the Petting Zoo will return so children can pet their favorite animal … the pig always seems to be very popular, along with the goats and sheep. We invite the area non-profits to have a table on the green, to distribute some of their brochures or to raise funds. All with beautiful holiday music playing in the background.
This community event is a wonderful way to get your business in front of hundreds of local residents. Sponsors are encouraged to set up a table to distribute information and giveaways. Sponsors will be added to our flyer plus the website, newsletters, FaceBook, press releases, Sherman Green lawn signs, etc.
Please note: Table space is only available to sponsors and non-profit organizations.
