Take a trip and enjoy the wonderful views and colors of autumn throughout the upper Naugatuck Valley on a Railroad Museum of New England Pumpkin Patch Train! These special trains will bring you down to Waterville, where the beautiful Naugatuck River closely follows the tracks, crossing under in several places allowing for great views of the river and surrounding scenery. Returning back up through Thomason, visitors will be able to get a view like no other from the face of the Thomaston Dam, looking down on the valley and river below. From here the train, will continue north through several magnificent rock cuts up to the summit, offering more views of the autumn scenery before returning to Thomaston Station.
