Butchers & Bakers is hosting a charcuterie-focused cooking class taught by Executive Chef Luis Vazquez. Attendees will learn techniques for preparing sausages, rillettes, pâtés, and terrines – all designed for the home cook. Ticket includes a demonstration & sampling of 5 small plates, each paired with wine and/or beer, & recipes to take home.
