Once again the holiday season will come to life in downtown Greenwich, Connecticut on December 6 and 7, 2014 at the 6th Annual Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend. A new attraction this year is a LIVE nativity in front of First United Methodist Church of Greenwich featuring a camel, llama, cow, donkey and five sheep.
This much anticipated annual event will also include horse drawn carriage rides, carolers, musicians, professional ice sculptors, bouncy castles for children, food vendors, Greenwich Art Council family art workshop and more than 100 participating retailers and restaurants offering special promotions, refreshments and holiday cheer. In addition, a visit with the LIVE reindeer and photos with Santa at McArdle’s Florist & Garden Center will make the holidays complete. During the Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend, $5 from every photo with Santa and $5 from every wreath purchased at McArdle’s will be donated to Kids in Crisis. The 6th Annual Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend will take place Saturday, December 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, December 7 from noon to 5 p.m. The Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend was created and is produced by TMK Sports & Entertainment, LLC, a Greenwich-based event marketing company.
